Holistic facial - 60 minutes
~ A soothing facial focusing on the acupressure points and massage. £55

Holistic facial & massage - 90 minutes
~ Same as above including a neck, shoulder, arm / hand and head massage. £75

~ A facial treatment focusing on releasing tension in the jaw. Stimulation through facial massage, involving Intra oral techniques. £60

Deep cleanse & hydration boost - 60 minutes
~ A hydrating treatment to soothe thirsty skin that’s in need of some glow. £60

Soothing Ayurvedic facial ~ 60 or 90 minutes
~ Using Omveda products to sooth, nurture and hydrate. Cooling treatment. Involves hand or foot massage while hydrating mask is applied. Perfect for the summer months. £60 / £80

~ Start with a 15 minute foot soak & scrub. 75 minute Full body massage, including a deep scalp massage. £90

Ayurvedic trio ~ 60 or 90 minutes
~ Using Ayurvedic oils. Shiro Abhyanga, Mukhabhyanga and Kansu foot massage. £60 / £85

Serenity - 90 minutes
~ 45 minute tailored body massage / 45 minute holistic facial. £95

Glowing skin - 120 minutes
~ 30 minute Dry body brushing, followed by a 60 minute nourishing full body massage, finishing with a 30 minute hydrating facial. £115

Soul & spirit (Ayurvedic) - 150 minutes
~ Begin your treatment seated with a 30 minute foot soak and a head massage. Moving to the massage table for 30 minutes of stimulation from the dry body brushing. Followed by a 60 minute Abhyanga massage, warm oil applied to the entire body (no draping). Finishing with a 30 minute Ayurvedic facial. £150
